I would like to start Scrapbook Journaling...Any journaling tips?

I've tried journaling, but its really hard. It comes out sounding really weird and cheesey. Any Scrapbook Journaling Tips?? Thanks!

Some journaling tips on or keeping a journal?

Okay, lately I have decided that I want to start scrapbook journaling. This might sound weird or whatever, but I've always had a hard time keeping a journal/diary/notebook, whatever you want to call it.
I start to write down my feelings/thoughts but right when I start to be completely honest-even if it is just with a piece of paper-I start to get really embarrassed. I know that sounds nuts, but I've always had a tough time dealing with my emotions and thoughts. I just shove it to the back of my mind instead of dealing with it, so it comes out in a different way, usually physical and usually harmful to myself.

So, bottom line. I want some tips on keeping a journal and motivating myself enough to write in it every day and to be honest. Anyone have any good expereinces with scrapbook journaling, please share them! If it helped you I would really like to know. Thanks a bunch!

I recently started scrapbook journaling and I found out that some people name their journals. I don't want to you to give them too me but ideas or tips on making one. Maybe inspiration?

I would like to create a scrapbook journal. I'm not going to start till 2010 because it's only going to be focused on what happens in 2010. I think this would be a good way to save my memories, besides journaling. I'm new to scrap booking, so maybe some scrapbook journaling tips would help :] thanks.
