Which do u prefer....journaling by hand in a book, or using a journaling software program for your computer?

For those of u that journal, interested in how u do it. I'm not talking about the blogs, but if anyone uses a journaling software on their cptr as opposed to writing by hand. Just starting to journal and writing seems to take awhile, but typing for me is much faster. Just asking for some thoughts and opinions.

I'm wondering if there's any good open source journaling software out there?

Ideally I'd like this journal to be able to handle my past journal entries from several sources (online as well as hand written typed into the computer) be able to add pictures, and keep everything organized. Any good suggestions for some good open source journaling software that might fit these requirements? Thanks!

WordPress or blogger

You can create an account for free, access from anywhere. If you want to give others access, you can. If you want to keep it private, just lock it down and no one else will be able to read it. WordPress is open source, and you can go to wordpress.org, download the software, and then install it on a server somewhere, but it's easier to set up a blog on their server.
